Cancellation Policy

If a balloon bouquet, arrangement, or decoration is canceled at least 2 days before the delivery/pick-up date, then B3 Celebrations LLC will retain 50% of the total price and will refund the remaining 50%.

If a balloon bouquet, arrangement, or decoration is canceled within 1 day or less before the delivery/pick-up date, then B3 Celebrations LLC will retain 100% of the total price.

To be eligible for a full refund, the balloon bouquet, arrangement, or decoration must be canceled within a maximum of 4 hours after placing the order, and the delivery/pick-up date must be at least 7 days out.

Our products are highly customized, and unfortunately, it is very difficult to accept returns or refunds.
